This morning, I’m thinking about my own attitude.
I’ve had a busy few weeks, as I’m sure you have as well, and I have to remember to keep my own attitude in check.
There are times, especially as a stroke warrior, when we must remind ourselves not to allow quick responses to whatever presents itself to us. These “Quick Responses” can be very detrimental to us as we continue on our own journey.
I think of how many times I have allowed this to happen. And then, I remember how detrimental it can be to my own belief about myself, and how much of an impact it has on my personal growth.
Continue to make the daily adjustments needed, and remember, it is our own attitude that we control. It is our own attitude that will help us gain that momentum to have an outstanding life after stroke.
Let’s keep our positive mindset toward that which is most important in our life.
One final question…Are YOU staying positive and working on your own attitude?
Something to think about every day!!
