As I sit here this morning, I’m thinking about my priorities.
- Am I recognizing them?
- Do I work toward those most of the time?
- Is working toward these most important to me?
As we go through this life that we are living, no matter what we have been given, we have a lot of decisions to make.
These decisions are made every day…every hour…every minute really.
We are constantly making choices about our day.
I think about my own choices at times.
Just yesterday, I had a moment when I didn’t make the best decision.
My wife and I were out and about, and she was telling me something. I jumped to a conclusion before hearing her out.
I won’t go into detail, but the point is that I needed to recognize my own decision about caring deeply for her and how important she is in my life.
Paying attention to what she says is critically important to me.
She is a part of me that I have recognized as a huge priority in my life, and I want to work toward what is most important.
Are you doing the same and recognizing what is most important?
I’m not saying that the priorities need to be the same…but I am saying that you need to know what your priorities are, then choose to make good decisions toward them.
What is important to you?
Do you feel that you are working toward that most of the time?
Moving that direction can be a key to getting the right feelings about yourself and where you are going.
My goal for you is that you are making great choices throughout your day.
You are conditioning, then reconditioning yourself each and every day in order to life your life to the fullest.
Keep working toward that which is most important to you.
To have that Strength after Stroke life that you so deserve.
